Summit Watch Company offers vintage and modern watch repair and service. A typical service includes a complete disassembly of the entire movement, inspection of existing parts for repair or replacement, 4 stage cleaning process, ultrasonic cleaning of the case and bracelet, light cleaning and polishing of the dial and hands, reassembly, lubrication using modern synthetic watch lubricants, regulation using a professional timegrapher, and a 48 hour QA test period.
Our philosophy is preservation over restoration. We believe watches age best reflecting the history of their owner. Therefore at this point SWC does not perform extensive dial or case restoration but is happy to manage outsourcing this process for you as part of a service.
