It’s got a bell on it! We just love how playful, uniquely engineered, and extremely well made these Seiko 4006 series Bell-matics are. Pushing the 2’o-clock crown inwards advances the date, pulling it outwards sets the alarm. In position one the 3’o-clock crown winds the alarm (No mainspring winding on this, it winds by wrist movement only!), position two sets the outer alarm ring, offering a chiming alarm every 12 hours, and position three sets the time.

About this example

This Seiko reference 4006-7028 Bel-matic comes to you just serviced on a new suede strap. All functions, including the alarm and quickset date work superbly. This example is in good condition for its age, the dial, hands, and case are wonderfully preserved but have some wear. Keeping excellent time.
